In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Products can be exchanged only under below conditions -

Return request is be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return request, login to the page with your phone number or email id used during order placement and go the orders tab and raise a return request or you can write an email to care@noroke.com for return request.

Once a return request is received by us, we will review the return request and if the return request is valid, we will arrange for the free reverse pickup of the return order.

The product is sent back in original packaging, unused with all original tags & labels attached. For swimwear, hygiene tags should be intact. Any embellishments and zips are not tampered with. Any other tampering with the product has not been done.

We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition or damaged, we would require you to upload an image or a video of the damage on the exchange request page within 24hrs of delivery.

Post successful assessment of the returned product, the exchange or the store credit for the same will be processed.

In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for full amount. Our credit notes can be used on our website. The credit note will be valid for 180 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our website.
