Returns/Exchange
At Noroke it is important to us that you feel happy in your purchase, so we offer EASY EXCHANGE. We DO NOT provide MONETARY REFUNDS / CASH.
Guidelines for Exchange:
The terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
Product once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit valid up to 180 days.
Products can be exchanged only under below conditions -
- Return request is be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return request raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange. To initiate a return request, login to the page with your phone number or email id used during order placement and go the orders tab and raise a return request
- Once a return request is received by us, we will review the return request and if the return request is valid, we will arrange for the reverse pickup of the return order.
- Shipping Charges for the reverse pickup of return product and the delivery of the exchange product to be borne by the customer. Noroke will dispatch the exchange product only on receipt of shipment charges. If customer has opted for a store credit, Noroke will deduct these charges from the store credit amount.
- The product is sent back in original packaging, unused with all original tags & labels attached.
- Any embellishments and zips are not tampered with
- Any other tampering with the product has not been done
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition or damaged, we would require you to upload an image or a video of the damage on the exchange request page within 24hrs of delivery. Post assessment of the returned product, the exchange for the same will be processed.
We only offer exchange once on any product. Once a product has been exchanged from our side, the product cannot be exchanged again unless it is damaged.
We adhere to strict hygiene standards; hence we do not provide returns/exchanges on Swimwear.
There is no return and exchange on items marked as FINAL SALE.
Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of our policy. It is up to Noroke discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in a perfect condition or not. If not, then the items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Kindly allow up to 7-10 business days for exchange to be processed after the product inspection at Noroke. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
No Exchange/refund applicable on international orders.
For international orders, custom duties and taxes are not included in your order price, customer must pay the custom duties and taxes. If the customer refuses to pay the custom duties and taxes applicable while delivering, there will be no refunds of the order.
